Streaming - One Month Rental
We now offer a short term "Streaming Rental."
Choose any program and for one month train up to 25 people for a flat fee of $395.

Streaming - Per Year
Rates begin at $450 (minimum) and you can train up to 50 users for this rate. To calculate additional users, see the rate chart on the right.

Users may access the streamed video for up to one year. After one year, organizations may renew the license for additional years at the at the current rate chart. Multiple years can also be licensed up front for significant discounts. Example: 2nd year is 25% off - all additional years are 50% off.

DVD + Streaming
We are also offering a streaming add-on package for organizations that purchase a DVD and also want to stream the video for a small number of remote users. Cost: Purchase the DVD at regular price and for an additional $200 stream up to 25 users. (For larger groups contact Video Visions for a custom quote.)

Additional Streaming Information

•  There are no setup fees or additional charges added to the quoted rates for streaming.

•  All streaming rates are per-video title. (Multiple titles qualify for a quantity discount. For example if you streamed two titles, there is a 10% discount.)

Sample calculations:

Example - A
Here's a very simple example of an organization streaming one video for one year for 65 people.

1 streamed video: 65 x $8. = $520. total.

For government or educational organizations, there is an additional 10% discount:
$520. -$52. = $468. total

Example - B
This second example is for an organization streaming two videos for a period of one year. For the first video, the organization is training 75 people. For the second video, 125 people are being trained. Here's the calculation using the 10% quantity discount for ordering two streamed video programs:

1st streamed video: 75 x rate $8. = $600.

2nd streamed video: 125 x rate $7. = $875.

Add the two videos: $600. + $875. = $1475.
Less 10% quantity discount (-$147.50) = $1327.50 Total

For government or educational organizations, there is an additional 10% discount:
$1327.50 less 10% (-$132.75) = $1194.75 Total

Example - C:
Here is a third example of an organization streaming one video for three years for 150 people:
(Please note that to receive multi-year discounts they must be purchased at the beginning of the first year of streaming.)

1st year streaming one video: 150 users x $7. = $1050.

2nd year streaming: $1050. less 25% discount (-$262.50) = $787.50

3rd year streaming: $1050. less 50% discount (-$525.) = $525.00

Add the three years: $1050. + $787.50 + $525. = $2362.50 Total

Again, for government or educational organizations, there is an additional 10% discount:
$2362.50 less 10% (-$236.20) = $2126.30 Total
