Damaged Materials:
We will replace any Video Visions program that is damaged within the first year at no cost. (Even if it's an accident) In order to receive a replacement copy, the damaged materials must be returned to Video Visions. Please contact us prior to returning an exchange. Contact us prior to returning a program to work out the exchange.

Defective materials:
If you believe you have receive a defective program, please notify us within 30 days and we will replace the defective program at no cost. On rare occasions, some DVDs are not compatible with a specific type of player or software. We can usually determine over the phone if the program is defective. We can usually resolve the issue quickly with technical support or send you out a new replacement copy.

Upgrades:
If you own a VHS copy of a Video Visions program, you can upgrade to DVD at 50% off regular price. The VHS does not need to be returned. Contact us to initiate an upgrade for your program.

Returns:
In general, we do not accept returns of our training programs because each and every Video Visions program may be fully previewed online at no cost prior to making a purchase decision. This is also true of all support materials, including leader's guide, participant worksheets and PowerPoint presentations. In a few unique situations, we may, at our discretion, consider a product return. If you believe you have an unusual circumstance, contact Video Visions. We can normally make a determination quickly. Please do not return any materials without authorization.

Lost Materials:
Lost materials are not covered. If only a short time has passed, we can consider a significant discount for the replacement. Contact us to receive a quote on a replacement.
