Can I order a training video by phone?
Yes--call in your order using our toll free number: 1-800-929-3355 (or 310-338-9620) Our office hours are 9:AM to 5:PM Monday-Friday (Pacific Coast Time).

Online Ordering: You can also order any Video Visions training program online using our secure ordering system using Autorize.net.  It encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, so that it cannot be read as information travels over the Internet. To begin, just select a program from our products page.  

FAX Back Form: If you don't like sending information over the Internet--use our  fax line.  Click here and print FAX Back Form from your browser. Just fill in the form and fax--your order will be shipped promptly. Our FAX line is: 310-295-2460

What payment options do you have?

Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes--for example you can save 10% by buying two copies of any program. Your volume discount will be atomically applied when you add more than one program to your shopping cart. To view a complete volume discount chart--click here.

Do you offer discounts for schools or government agencies or consultants?
Schools, government agencies, and consultants receive a 10% discount off all programs. You will be prompted during the check out process and your discount will be applied.

Are your programs available for rental?
Yes--all of our programs are available for rental. 7-Day Rentals are between $295. and $395. and can be extended to 30 days for an additional $100. If you decide later to purchase a program, the rental fee may be applied toward a purchase copy of the same title (For up to one year after the rental). As stated, the rental period is for up to 7-days use. The rental time does not begin until you receive your rental. We also allow time for shipping the program back to Video Visions. Rentals must be returned using a traceable shipping method like: UPS, Fed EX, DHL, USPS with delivery conformation. You may use ground service to return rentals.


I have a VHS copy of a Video Visions program--can I upgrade to a DVD?
Yes--we offer upgrades to existing customers who currently own VHS copies.

The cost for an upgrade is 50% off the regular selling price. To request an upgrade:

My DVD is damaged. What's your replacement policy?
Video Visions will replace a defective or damaged DVD for up to one year after purchase. To receive a free replacement, you will need to return the original DVD. (Please note that lost DVDs are not covered.)

What do you charge for shipping?
For all previews, rentals and purchases--Ground shipping is FREE!  We also offer the following faster shipping options: 3-Day: $15.  /  2-day: $19  /  Next Day Air Saver: $38.  /  Next Day Air: $45.  /  Next Day Air Early AM by 8:AM: $75. (Not available to all areas--please call to confirm.) Orders must be received by 1:PM Pacific Coast Time to guarantee overnight delivery. If you have a last minute request, please call and we will make every effort to get your order to you on time.

Can you "overnight" a training program? What does it cost?
Yes--we offer overnight shipping using USP "Next Day Air". Early AM service is also available. For current rates--click here. Our normal "cut off" time for shipping overnight is 1:PM Pacific Coast Time. How long may I keep a preview for evaluation?
A free DVD or VHS preview can be sent to you for evaluation for up to 30 days. (Ground Shipping is also free) When you are finished, just return the preview using a traceable shipping service (UPS, Fed EX, DHL, USPS or similar service.) If you need additional time, please phone or email us and we will gladly extend your preview. A free preview may be ordered online, by phone or fax. Rush delivery available. (Free previews are available only to customers in United Stated and Canada.)

What's required to view the free online previews?
Free online may be viewed using your browser and a high speed internet connection (previews work well on most standard DSL or cable modems). To begin, just choose a title from the products page and look for the blue play button bar labeled: "Watch the preview." Some previews require you to register/login before viewing.

Are all of your programs available on DVD?
All Video Visions title are available on DVD. A few titles are only available on DVD-R. Please note that DVD-R plays well on most DVD player, but occasionally some older DVD players have difficulty playing this format. VHS versions of all programs can be purchased by special order.

Are your programs closed captioned?
Most every program is closed captioned or subtitled. The two exceptions are: "Win Teams" and "Moving Forward"

Other than English, what languages are your programs available in?
Many of our programs are available in Spanish and a few are available in French. Click here for a list of all languages for all tiles.


Can I make a copy of the video after I purchase it?
Copies are not allowed without the written permission from Video Visions. All titles have a FBI warning stating that it's against the law to make duplicates of copyrighted material. It is also illegal to upload programs onto a server without a license from Video Visions. Backup copies are also not allowed, however during the first year, Video Visions will replace free of charge any program that breaks or becomes damaged. (Lost programs are not covered.)

If you need additional copies of any Video Visions program, we offer significant discounts on subsequent copies. Please contact Video Visions for a quote.
