Our Roots Established in 1993, Video Visions has been producing award-winning video training programs for more than 17 years. Video Visions is a corporate partnership among Dan Jackson, Barbara Polansky and Jack Donaldson. Prior to establishing Video Visions, each of the three partners created videos for numerous other organizations, producing such classics as “The Sid Story” and “The Empowered Manager.”
Our Focus Our specialty is leadership training, and over the years we have become the ‘leader in leadership training.’ Video Visions has produced a wide selection of leadership titles. Among the top leadership titles are “Would I Follow Me?” and “Leadership: What’s Trust Got To Do With It?” Our programs are now in use by leading organization throughout the world. Customers in the United States may order programs directly from our website. International customers may purchase titles through our worldwide network of foreign distributors.
Our Products
Leadership training is not all we do. We’ve also produced excellent training programs on customer service, communication and teamwork. Throughout the years we've produced a strong library of video training that helps create more efficient organizations with stronger leadership and better relationships among employees and customers. How do we do that? Quite simply we believe in the art of storytelling. Our programs use storytelling to demonstrate realistic situations that occur in organizations every day. The training points emerge out of the stories, making the training both enjoyable and memorable. In addition, all of our videos include strong support materials to help create versatile training for a wide variety of work environments.
The Future
Video training is evolving and so is Video Visions. Our programs are available on DVD and now over the Internet via video streaming. Organizations are becoming more efficient and training over the Internet is a big part of that. Programs can now be streamed directly to individuals, eliminating travel and allowing users to train when the time is right for them. We offer a number of streaming options which can be tailored to your specific organizational needs.
